18 units permanent supportive housing with half for chronically homeless and half for general homeless households
The project features a furnished rooftop deck, secure gated entries, and long-term bicycle parking. Each unit is fully furnished and equipped with high-efficiency fixtures and appliances. A live-in property manager and on-site social services office provide resident support and foster connections with the broader Los Angeles community.
Loma Verde is designed to take advantage of natural light and ventilation for passive heating and cooling, minimizing onsite energy use. Landscaping with native plants and trees enhances the architecture, conserves water, and provides residents with a sense of privacy.
